Lance is passionate about real estate and has been since his earliest years growing up in the Greater New Orleans area. He has always known that he has a calling to help others and has found that calling in real estate. He believes it is important to focus on the community and serve it by helping clients through one of the biggest investments of a client’s lifetime. Lance earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Political Science from Southern University at New Orleans in May of 2022. Previously, Lance earned an Associate’s Degree in Applied Sciences in Paralegal Studies from Baton Rouge Community College in May 2014. During his time at Baton Rouge Community College, Lance was inducted as a lifetime member of the Sigma Kappa Delta English Honor’s Society and served his fellow cohorts as President of the Senate, then as Vice-President of the Student Government Association. Lance has worked as a paralegal where he has worked on both civil and criminal matters under the supervision of an attorney, conducting legal research, writing, discovery, trial prep, document drafting, and managing business tax collections for St. Tammany Parish. In addition, he also possesses a commission as a Louisiana Notary Public and will earn his Master’s of Arts in Criminal Justice with a minor in Juvenile Justice in May 2024.
Lance is a long-term resident of the Northshore! He also serves on the Louisiana Assembly of God’s State Men’s Ministry executive leadership team and is a member of Cornerstone Church in Mandeville. In Lance’s spare time, he enjoys working on A/V and Lighting technology, playing the keyboard, and serving his church and his community for the purpose of making his community a better place and to reach people in need. As one of NABOR’s Board of Directors, Lance will continue to serve his community and fellow cohorts in the advancement of the community at large, to the real estate profession, and bring growth to NABOR by creating a stronger network within our membership community.
I am a resident of Mandeville, LA originally from Arabi, La. Graduate of Loyola University New Orleans with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Organization & Development, and later obtained a certificate in Interpreting and Translation for the Spanish language. My career has been within Administration at a local University. Always ambitious, I became an Election Commissioner in Charge to fulfill my civic duty in the community when needed. Growing up my parents always talked about investing in property, which peaked my interest and became a real estate investor which is when my interest in real estate blossomed.
